Kale (Shia LaBeouf) is a high-school senior who is trying to deal with witnessing the death of his father in a terrible car accident. When he's put under court-ordered house arrest after an altercation at school, he teams up with girl-next-door Ashley (Sarah Roemer) to investigate their suspicious neighbor whom he believes to be a wanted serial killer.
This movie has a good script which pays attention to detail and provides plenty of surprises. It's always full of suspense, is often scary, and will definitely get your blood pressure up.
Grade: B+
